Due to tremendous demand, we have expanded this year and can accommodate over 300 players for the tournament!
There are many playing and non playing sponsorships available!

The format is a four-person modified scramble with awards given for the low gross team, longest drive and closest to the pin on each of the 3 courses. There will also be a Hole in One Contest on each course and if you hit one, you will win a 2013 Masters VIP Ticket Package!!!

PRE EVENT MIXER PARTY:
There will be an official pre event mixer party at 5:30 pm on Monday October 22nd at "Bottom of the Cup Golf Bar & Grill" which is located at the corner of Thompson Mill Rd. and Spout Springs Rd. There will be a live band and also golf simulator challenges such as long drive, closest to the pin, hole in one, etc.
Day of tournament schedule
8:00am: Registration/continental breakfast
9:45am: Review rules of play
10:00am: Shotgun start
4:00pm: Post event awards presentation and social at 'Bottom of the Cup Golf Bar & Grill' also a Silent Auction with proceeds donated to GWA charities - MS & CHOA.
There will be a fee of $25.00 for each non playing guests which will give access to the course tents and social. All guests will be given an identification badge for access.
